Greetings all and welcome to earthweal open link weekend #91. Share a favorite poem and visit your fellow linkers to comment.
The open link forum lasts until midnight Sunday EST when the next weekly challenge rolls out. Sherry takes charge with an important challenge she titles THE GREAT FORGETTING. You won’t want to miss it.
Happy linking!
Brendan
Thank you for hosting, Brendan! I am looking forward to Sherry’s challenge also. In case anyone doesn’t know, The Anthropocene Hymnal is going live tomorrow at 5pm: I will post the link for the meeting on my blog, and if anyone wants to join just to listen, with or without camera, you are most welcome 🙂

A little something for the old gods always seems appropriate here. Thanks for the opportunity to share the amphorae, Brendan.

For us in the Northern hemisphere, a draught of this will warm the old gods bones! (Careful though, it will scorch.) And for our friends down South, a little May wine packing a punch.

Oh Rob, I didnt know you had lost Aaron. How very sad. I can see his face now in the photo you shared in your interview at Poets United. What a terrible loss. Heartbreaking. I am so sorry.
